Medication Connection is a customer centered company, dedicated to helping every eligible person gain access and pay less for their prescription medications. The Terms of Service provides an overview about how Medication Connection may serve you.


Medication Connection goal is to help every eligible person gain access to lower cost prescription medications. Upon completing Patient information, Medication Connection will research your medications and explore available resources to help lower your monthly prescription medication costs. One of the options, if eligible, may be to enroll in the pharmaceutical company prescription assistance programs. If eligible, you authorize Medication Connection to contact your doctor’s office and you give permission for them to discuss medication and pertinent information relative to information needed to complete your prescription assistance program (PAP) form. Please be advise, the final eligibility decision is based on the pharmaceutical companies and Medication Connection cannot influence, change or alter decision. Medication Connection does not make any guarantee on approvals for prescription assistance programs applications but will report to you via telephone or email the pharmaceutical companies decision.

If approved through the PAP, you acknowledge, medication is provided to you at no cost and prescription medications will be shipped from pharmaceutical company either to your home or doctor’s office, determined by pharmaceutical company guidelines. Medication Connection does not purchase, ship or dispense any prescription medications. The one-time administrative fee is our service fee to help navigate to possible lower cost prescription medication.

Medication Connection reserves the right to revoke or amend its services or fee structure at an time.

Medication Connection Website Intent

It is understood, that any information within the Medication Connection website is not intended as consultative advice and should not be used to diagnose or treat a health problem. It is for reference material only. Medication Connection does not operate as a healthcare provider or a pharmacy and will not consult on which medication is best for you. Our goal is to partner with you and your doctor to help you gain access to the lower cost medication that has been prescribed by your healthcare provider.


Medication Connection charges a onetime administrative fee which is 10% of the difference/savings or $25 minimum per each prescription medication. For example, if before using Medication Connect, Drug A medication costs $400 per month, now with Medication Connection the cost is $20 per month, that is a difference/savings of $380 per month. The one-time administrative fee is 10% of savings or a one-time fee of $38. We will also help coordinate refills for an additional fee. If approved, pharmaceutical company will provide prescription medication at no additional cost. Medication Connection only charges a fee for helping you connect to lower cost prescription medication through prescription assistance programs or medication voucher savings program.


You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Medication Connection, its officers, employees and affiliates, as to any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against Medication Connection by yourself or any third party due to or arising out of or in connection to a violation of these Terms of Use, or with your use of this website.

Limited Liability

Limited liability applies to any damages or liability caused by any failure of performance, error or omission or any other cause of action. If, Medication Connection is found to be liable to you, any liability will not exceed the fees paid by the user for the administrative fee and service provided. Medication Connection is not liable for the unauthorized use of our content by any other source.


We respect your privacy and will make every effort to protect the privacy of our clients’ personal information. All information given to Medication Connection its employees is used for the sole purpose of gaining access to prescription medication at a lower cost and no other purpose.
